PUR Glow Together Jumbo Bronzer

Make-Up, Pur Minerals

Hey Everyone! Happy April!
I hope you’re all having a wonderful day!
Today’s post is a review on a jumbo matte to shimmer bronzer from Pur Minerals.

This is one of Pur’s most recent launches—-
a gorgeous bronzer palette with 6 shades going from matte to shimmer! thumb_IMG_4106_1024The first thing that stood out to me was the packaging! It’s a beautiful gold with some texture! thumb_IMG_4115_1024
As for the actual palette, it’s a dark brown with PUR stamped in gold.

thumb_IMG_4127_1024This palette is definitely more warm toned than cool.
I did individual swatches & the shades did not look orange— that is a plus in my book! thumb_IMG_4120_1024I adore the big mirror & slim packaging– makes it easy for traveling! thumb_IMG_4123_1024This bronzer is SO pretty and each color is stunning in it’s own way!
The first 3 shades are completely matte & the bottom 3 have a little bit of shimmer, not glitter.
How you choose to wear this palette is completely up to you! You can either use each one individually or you can take your brush swirl it into the palette & apply… you’ll get a beautiful gradient. thumb_IMG_4114_1024

thumb_IMG_4158_1024Here are some swatches– again like I mentioned before, this palette is definitely more warm toned.
However, as you can see the matte shades are definitely cooler than the shimmer shades. thumb_IMG_4147_1024

Overall, I have to give it up to Pur Minerals for this gorgeous palette of a bronzer. When used, this palette will look gorgeous on the lightest to medium skin tones. For women of color with really dark tones, this may or may not not work for you, but don’t quote me, head to your local Ulta before purchasing & give it a try.  I really do recommend this palette if you’re in the market to purchase a new bronzer. Spring is here & summer is around the corner… glowing & bronzey skin is my cup of tea. I have come to love this bronzer palette for my eyes– the matte shades make great blending colors!

In addition, I love that Pur teamed up with Action Against Hunger; nothing makes me happier than companies teaming up with organizations to give back to communities. A portion of the proceeds from this Glow Together bronzer will be donated to Action Against Hunger. For those of you who haven’t heard of Action Against Hunger, it’s a global humanitarian organization that is deeply committed to ending hunger & providing water that is safe to drink, & wanting to provide sanitation to everyone in need around the world. With that being said, “give back and glow forward.”

For those of you who get their hands on this bronzer, use the hashtag #glowtogether— I would love to see the looks you create. As always, if you have any comments or questions, let me know below.

PROS: amazing pigmentation, product blends easily, not chalky, makes a great eye shadow color as well, love the huge mirror & beautiful packaging!

CONS: may or may not cater to all women of color.

PRICE: $34.00 (.60 oz)

RATING: 4.5/5

FTC: This palette is a PR sample.. I am not obligated to write this review, nor do I get paid to do so– I speak the truth and nothing but the truth. Thank you for reading. Xo!
